LMX2592: can we program LMX2592 using the following circuit

as lmx2592 requires spi interface to program its registers. i wanted to know that is the following circuit capable of writing its register.

this particular board using master slave configuration to burn the target microcontroller which is 89sXX series. Kindly guide us
