CC2540EMK: The SoC Battery board with CC2540 EMK connected through CC debugger not working with BTool or BLE Device Monitor, Failed to connect the port !!!?

Hi,

I dont have much experience in this domain. After flashing the firmware of "CC2540_SmartRF_HostTestRelease_All.hex" into the CC2540 EMK using SoC Battery board and CC debugger,  I am getting an error "failed to connect to the COM port" when I am using BTool or BLE Device Monitor tools. It seems to me the application looking for a particular port which I dont have in my win10 machine (i.e. I have already checked the device manager). Do I miss something in the installation? looking forward to getting a solution.
