CCS/CC2640R2F: failure to view stack usage in CCS

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

I'm using code composer 7.3.0.00019 .

Im running my FW on the LaunchPad, in debug mode.

1. I pause the run.
2. select tools->ROV classic.
3. select the tab "stack usage"

I don't get any information on stack, simply a request to "select a project".

On other occasions, I get a java failure: An internal error occurred during: "Generate XML file job". java.lang.StackOverflowError
