CCS/CCSTUDIO: CCS 7.4 update failure

Hello,

I'm trying to update CCS version from 7.3 to 7.4 on Windows 10 OS.

- I have disabled my antivirus (Eset) :

and tried both the online and offline installer and have administration privileges. I've tried installing in different locations.

- while installing I'm receiving the message:
