OPA615: OPA615 DC restoration and video amplification

Hi ! I am currently working with a PAL based composite video. The video has 0.5-1V peak to peak amplitude and 15 MHZ bandwidth. I want DC restoration and a gain of +2V/V. How can it be done with OPA615 ?
