Compiler/TMS320F28377D: Stops in linking

Hi,

One customer faced a issue on F28377D linking. 

They have an old project, which was build in CCS V6 without any issues. After that, they updated PC to WIN7 and CCS to V7. Importing the project and build with the latest compiler, the process stopped in linking, as below:

Customer even waited for 1 hour without any progress. 

If they modify the cmd file with fewer RAM or Flash size, there were errors in console. 

If they import a simple project from controlsuite, it can be built/linked successfully. 

What could be the issue?
