I was able to find "PMBus Implementation Using the MSP430 USCI" and the SW.
Unfortunately it is the code for a Master PMBus device. Of course my MSP430 is part of the power supply and needs to be the slave that the Master talks to.
After some more searching I found "Software Implementation of PMBus over I2C for TMS320F2803x" and the software. But when I got into the source code the readme says:

This app note is built for CCSv4 and uses the peripheral header files found in controlSUITE.
The file structure inside of the "controlSUITE" folder in this zip file is intended to be placed at the controlSUITE install location on the user's PC.

So I look at the link and it says:

That is not the MSP430. Now I am lost. Help.
Is there any code for the Slave PMBus device using a MSP430F5329?
I am using the IAR compiler.
