LMK04828: Does LMK04828 internal clock feedback for 0-delay require that the feedback clock output to be active/enabled?

Looking at the block diagram in the datasheet for 0-delay internal feedback, it shows the feedback being taken from BEFORE the differential output buffer.  Does this mean that I can still use a clock output for feedback even if it is not actually driving the outputs pins?  Or, does the internal feedback actually read the state of the clock pin and feed that back?
