CC2640: Using JTAG pins as GPIO

Hello,

Is it possible to disable standard JTAG functionality on the default pins (TDO, TDI, TCKC and TMSC) and use those pins as GPIO? My idea is to delay the initialization of the application by a couple seconds to allow for JTAG programming after a cold boot, and if not disable the pins and launch the rest of the program. What would be needed to do to achieve this?
