TINA/Spice/INA333: How to simulate and plot CMRR & AC analysis of the following circuit?

Hi, 

I am trying to simulate the ECG application circuit of INA333.

I want to how how to simulate the CMRR and AC analysis of the circuit, however, I don't know how to set up the input setting in TINA.

I've reduce the input buffer and Right leg circuit as following, please tell me how to get the CMRR and AC analysis of following circuit.

I've read the video below, but I still don't know how the get CMRR plot in the circuit.
