TMS320C5535: How do I get a "high" signal out of a jumper or test point?

I want to be able to get a "high" signal from the DSP out of any of the peripherals and I think the easiest way is through a jumper terminal, such as a JP1, JP2, JP3... etc., or a test point, TP1, TP2, etc.

Can someone help me to do this? Im trying to implement this on an already existing voice recognition code provided by TI, so when the DSP "hears" the phrase "t i voice trigger" I can get that signal through any of the said peripherals.
