AWR1642: How to design the SNR of receive signal?

Hi,

    I have read a pdf. named "Introduction to mmwave Sensing: FMCW Radars". In 50th slide, there is a SNR equation:

                                          SNR=rcs*Pt*Gt*Gr*lamda^2*Tmeans/{(4pi)^3*d^4*k*T*F}

I would like to know, in the equation,  does only "Tmeans" relate with the Chirp parameters? Is that means the bandwidth of Chirp doesn't matter with SNR?
