TPS701: RESET signal output failure at power-on

Hi,

I have an inquiry regarding the TI component TPS70151.

The phenomenon is that the RESET signal output is abnormal when the power is turned on.

- see C2 (red) in the waveform below,
- Not set when power is turned on

C1 : /MR1(pin 4) , C2 : /RESET(pin 15)

When re-touch(solder) the Thermal PAD on the back of the part, it works normally.

Question1> Why is the signal line affected by the thermal PAD soldering?

Question2> If the defect occurs, please confirm that it is OK with only the resoldering the Thermal PAD.

Any advice is welcome.
