EK-TM4C123GXL: Made changes to J-TAP pins PC0-3 on TM4C123GXL

Part Number:EK-TM4C123GXL

Hi guys,

I'll describe my issue below.

I'm using IAR toolset to write firmware for my Tiva C TM4C123GXL development board. I have been able to write and upload firmware to the Tiva C board successfully until I attempted to configure the PWM drive on the C port pin 4 and 5. However, I realized that I've changed the alternate function configuration for pins PC 4-5 and PC0-3. Consequently, IAR failed to upload programs to the board giving the following error in a pop-up window:

- Fatal error: Can not connect to J-Link via USB.

After doing some research, I found out that Pins PC0-3 were used by the JTAG link and I've reconfigured it associated pins. I found a solution on the forum that suggests reinstalling the original drivers using the LM flash programmer (e2e.ti.com/.../286110). Now, I'm having issues using the LM Flash Programmer. I can't find the StellarisWare package for the Tiva C TM4C123GXL. I only found the StellarisWare package at (www.ti.com/.../sw-lm3s) which is for ARM m3 cores.

So, the solution that I'm trying implement is to use LM Flash Programmer to load the original StellarisWare drivers. I'll search more to find StellarisWare for Tiva C TM4C123GXL.

I'm not sure if what I'm doing will solve my issue. If what I'm doing is correct, can someone please direct me where I can find StellarisWare for Tiva C TM4C123GXL.

Kind regards, and I look forward to hearing from you guys.

Ahmad
