ONET-10G-EVM: Need User Guide for the SFP+ Host Board and the GUI Software

I am trying to use my new ONET-10G-EVM.  When I connect everything up and start the GUI,  I am connected over the USB port to the EVM.  The  pop-up below appears and never goes away.

I tried both a Windows 10 and Windows 7 platform with the same behavior.  Can you tell me what is going on?

If I go into Simulation mode, then I can get the other screens to appear.

There is no documentation  with this kit.  I don't know if the jumpers on the PCB are set correctly.  There is no Help with using the GUI.

Do you have a User Guide for both the hardware and software?
