Hi,
I tried to update Tiva Firmware from 2.0.1 to 2.1.0 for NIRscan Nano, the update is complete and ask me to restart and reconnect the device. But when I try to reconnect the device, my PC cannot recognize the NIRscan Nano. Could you please guide me how to fix this problem? Thanks in advance.
