The DS100BR111SQ/NOPB component is being used for a 10GB Ethernet interface on a design we are working on.
I would like to know how the repeaters will take part in the auto-negotiation process of a link made.
Will these repeaters function actively as a part of the link negotiation? Or will it passively function between the two endpoints of the link?
