Linux/DP83640: how to add DP83640 driver to linux-2.6.27 kernel

 I  use atmel 9G20 CPU  and  linux-2.6.27 kernel , I want to use  DP83640 and ieee 1588 ,  how  to do ?   is there any  document  about  how to transplant ?   I  have  driver program .
