The CDCM61004 has a limitation concerning the "allowable temperature drift for continuous PLL lock" (datasheet rev. H).
The allowable temperature is 100°C, that is less than the operating range of the device : -40° to +85°C.
Does the CDCE62005 has a similar limitation or does the CDCE62005 operates continuously over the full -40°C to +85°C temperature range ?
