DLPC900REF-SW: Which signals can be assigned to the GPIO pins?

Ref the DLPC programmers guide the GPIO config can set a GPIO signal to be related to POSENSE at start-up. Which other signals can be assigned as input/outputs on the GPIO.

I would like to get a restart of my pattern sequence or a restart of the system (as a power up restarts my pattern sequence). Alternatively get a signal out telling me when I have reastarted my sequence to have control over which pattern is projected now or next WITHOUT using I2C or USB connections.
