TMS320F28377D: EMIF interface to multiplexed data/address part (Microchip LAN 9252)

Hello,

I have a number of choices on how I can do data transfer between the LAN 9252 and the MCU.

1.  Data/Address multiplexed memory interface (most preferred)

2.  An indexed/non-multiplexed memory interface, address and data are on separate lines,  but it requires multistep data writes to registers in order to retrieve data  (seems complicated, would like to avoid this one)

3. SPI  (easiest, but slowest).

Is there a way to configure the EMIF to utilize the data lines (along with address strobes) as address lines in the first part of the data transfer (see pages 69-76 for timing/logic examples)?

I've attached the data sheet for the part as a reference.
