CC1350: Tx Power register settings when in IEEE mode at 2.4GHz

Hi,

I'm evaluating the use of the CC1350 for use on the  2.4Ghz domain.  We are successfully using the CC1350 in IEEE mode sending 802.15.4 packets at the 2.4Ghz frequency (stack based on contiki).  My question is regarding the correct settings for the TX power register.

 

In Smart RF studio you can only choose proprietary mode or BLE mode.  In BLE mode the   power settings are as follows:

 

Should these be used for the power settings when in IEEE mode and is the CC1350 capable of 9dBm when used in 2.4Ghz IEEE mode?
