HDC1080: supply voltage with 5V

We are designing project using p/n HDC1080.  The reference from EVM and datasheet suggest to use supply voltage =3.3V (or 3V)

If we would like to use supply voltage = 5V,  Will it have any issue or not ? Please advise. Thank you.
