I have used the Explorer software before on a W7 OS with XP mode. We recently changed our computers to TFA, which has locked me out of the old computer I was using. I have installed the GUI on a W10 OS. I am able to connect the device when running as an administrator, and update the drivers just fine. I cannot use this OS as Labview is unable to open the DMD properly so I reverted back to an old computer.
I have replicated the setup on a computer with WIndows 7 and XP mode, installing the Explorer GUI fine. When I try to connect the device, it cannot find the drivers. I pulled the .sys driver and the .dll from the list on my W10 unit. This did not help XPM find it.
Any thoughts? Could this be an issue with the security programs running on my lab machine?
I am not a computer wiz but I can follow instructions.
