video capture of 2000 * 1500 resolution on DM8168 with DVR-RDK

Hi all,

I want to capture 2000*1500 (4:3) resolution video on VIP0 port of DM8168 with DVR-RDK without any external video decoder chip. This video will be provided by external camera through FPGA to VIP0 port of DM8168.  As capture driver supports standard video resolution only, so it would not be possible by DVR-RDK's present demos. 

Is this use case feasible ? if yes then where and what changes i need to make to get work done ?

I am using DVR-RDK 3.50.00.05, psp 04.04.00.02, HDVPSS-01.00.01.37 release.
