BQ34Z100EVM: SOC % is not available

Hi,

I am using BQ34Z100EVM with the aim of getting the SOC of the battery pack.

Voltage, current and temperature are properly measured by the EVM and properly displayed in BQstudio.

SOC% is always showing 0. I have connected 6 cells of Li ion battery in series with capacity of 3350mAh each. A load of 80 mA is connected to it.

Can anyone guide me, where i can come out SOC display on the BQstudio?
