Part Number:UCC21520
Hello,
I am attempting to use the UCC21520DW isolator chip for a 3-phase BLDC motor inverter drive.
The inverter is based off of the previous TI design: "www.ti.com/.../tida-00366"
I am really confused why the output is not showing up at all.
The output has VDDA on the OUTA pin15 & 0V on OUTB pin10.
I attached the schematic of the board I am working with that is fed with the 5kHz PWMs of a F23879D Launchpad.
I also attached the waveforms of the InA&InB pins1&2 of the UCC21520 with the PWM input.
I have tried using both JP1&JP2 on my board (10ns deadtime vs no deadtime) and the output is still stuck.
I have verified the UCC21520 is meeting the power requirements in the datasheet (logic pins threshold above 1.8V).
Please let me know if I am doing something incorrectly or more info is needed.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
