Out of box, I am unable to get nowFlash to program the TMS570LS04 HDK dev board. I verfied the 16MHz clock verified on OSCIN pin. The dev board seems to have a tiny bit of test code in it, as the LEDs around the TMS570 blink a few times after a RESET, so really not sure why nowFlash is not happy.
