DIX4192: Reference clock

Hi,

If the DIR reference clock is 24.576 MHz, will the DIR be able to lock onto AES3 input signals that are either 48 Khz or 44.1 Khz? Will it lock to any AES3 signal between 20 Khz and 216 KHz?
