TMS320C6748: about AER library

Hi,I want to use AER library(platform:C674x DSP), i read the AER_Developer_Guide, i found that the sample rate is only up to 16kHz, so frequency band only up to 8kHz, but in my application, the full acoustic frequency band(20-20kHz) is needed. with this limited, Could I use this library to develop my project. Any suggestion???
