Dear fellow engineer.
I bought 2 TMDX570LS20SMDK board and use CCS 4.1.2. One board keeps the error led on even after reset and power cycle. The other board stays just fine.
The problematic board has this problem when I created project using Halcogen and set the PLL as shown in picture below:
Other than that I didn't change any settings. Then, CCS showed message
Error connecting to the target:
Error 0x80000240/-2062
Fatal Error during: Initialization, OCS,
Cannot halt the processor.
Now the problematic board can't be programmed and the error led keeps on even after reset and power cycle.

Would you like to tell me how to fix the problem so I can program the problematic board again.
