RTOS/TMS320DM8168: Can I Restart/Reinit Cotex VideoM3 Encoder Only without reboot my A8 host

Hi

Here I met a issue in extremely rare case , I found HDVICP encoder not respond to host cpu  caused by some unkown reason.,only 1  of 3  vicp  is dead

and the syslink  chanel remains timeout . 

because of the small chance of the issue , and the project's  urgency  , ,It is Hard to reproduce the issue sinario, so  I want to reboot  the target HDVICP directly ,  How CAN I achive that purpose?

Or Is there a Way to reboot the whole VideoM3 ?

I Use EZSDK 5_11

Anybody any suggestion
