TPS28225: can tps28225 work ok when VDD

Dear team,

The Recommended Min VDD is 4.5V and the UVLO is 3.5V in tps28225 datasheet. So the device should work OK if VDD is 4.2V, right?

Is there any side effect if VDD < 4.5V?
