Part Number:WL1837MOD
Dear Sir/Madam,
For FCC certification purpose we are SAR testing one of our products which integrates a TI WL1837MOD module.
In order to do the SAR test the test house has asked us to provide the tolerance information on the transmitted power at 2.4GHz and 5GHz, according to the FCC nomenclature these are also called the SAR tune up values.
On page 13 and 15 of the WL1837MOD datasheet (section 5.8 WLAN Performance: 2.4-GHz Transmitter Power and section 5.10 WLAN Performance: 5-GHz Transmitter Power) only typical values of RMS output power are given. My question is: What are the tolerances (MIN, MAX values) on these typical values? We setup the module to operate with MCS0 modulation scheme at 20MHz and 40 MHz so min/max values for these conditions only are needed.
Many Thanks
Fabrizio Gaudenzi
