Dubious phase shift of the error amplifier of the LM5175PWPT in the frequency range between 10 Hz and 100 Hz. During stability analysis of the power supply with the LM5175PWPT I measure the transfer function of the loop gain and also the transfer functions of the plant and of the error amplifier. In the frequency range between 10 Hz an 100 Hz the phase shift is dubious. It is not explainable with an additional pole or zero.
Is such a behavior known with the LM5175PWPT?
