EV2300: EV2300-HPA002

We have an EV2300-HPA002 that received from Mouser few months ago.

This device is in use with 'bqstudio' program for Lithium-Ion battery monitoring. Until few months ago, it worked normally. Nowdays, after the device wasn't in use approximatly 2 months, EV2300-HPA002 stopped working. 

There was no changes in computer/ battery. 

The device manager doesn't identify the EV2300-HPA002. 

I tried few options to solve it: change computer, install suitable driver, reinstall bqstudio program, change battery etc. 

Please, we need to solve it as soon as possible. 

If you can give us EV2300-HPA002 new instead the exist on, it will be great.
