Part Number:CC1120
Hello,
We produced 50 pcb last week and according to our test results 15 of them does not work.
Our mcu is MSP430FR6972 and RF transceiver is CC1120. We produced same design before and did not come across any problem.
When CC1120 is not powered everything seems normal and works as expected. But when cc1120 is powered on, RF_GPIO signals behaves unexpectedly. Even the pull up resistor is enabled and the pin set as input, GPIO pin have 0.6V. Furthermore, when we read the PARTVERSION register, it returns as 0x00. What can be the problem? 35 of them work normally and have valid partversion (0x23). We bought all of them via Digikey. All the parts have same number (6BI AY7Z).
