MSP430F6779A: EFT according to IEC 61000-4-4 to TI design

Hello,

We have made custom board according to TI's reference schematic

at 5Khz frequency 2kV burst according to IEC 61000-4-4 meter stops at the time of injection of 2kV and automatically restarts after that.

Should I change capacitor value in order to remove effect of fast transients on my controller?

Can there be any software problems?
