I have started to work with the BQ24266EVM.
Recently I have encountered a problem.
First I have set the IUSB state for 1.5A and connected the battery and a power supply to the EVM - everything worked great.
Than I unplugged the power supply and connected an AC wall adaptor charger to the USB plug of the EVM.
The outcome was - no charge.
It happened due to the fact that pin 3 and pin 2 at the USB AC wall adaptor are shorted, which causes a short at the EVM between IUSB3 to VDPM.
Therefore the Voltage at VDPM, pin 15, is low which prevents charging the battery.
the only solution was to set the IUSB charge current to 2.5A.
My question is way?
Way did you connected the VDPM and IUSB3 to the USB plug?
