Electronic chip USB seen by PC Communicators as external USB headphones

I need to design a USB headphones which have to have embedded microphone and button. This button (or two buttons) have to answer the incoming call and after conversation hang up a call.

That electronic chip has to co work with at least Skype and Lync communicators (in Windows sysytem) as proper device for that purposes (it has to be seen in system as headphones, microphone, and HID button/buttons for arranging and finishing calls).

Do you know any electronic chip which I could use in my project? The chip would do communication with computer via USB. The chip has to be able to answer the call and hang up the call with phisical button/buttons on the headphones and of course the chip has to be seen as headphones and microphone for desired communicators.
