Hardware blocks and their addressing

Hi,

When it comes to finding the addressing locations of each hardware block, am I correct in assuming these are the register addresses.

To be more specific, lets take TLV320AIC3110. If we consider its hardware blocks, what would be their addressing locations. Will it be the register addresses for blocks.
