Can one CC2540 USB BLE Dongle reads data from multiple SensorTag simultaneously?

Is it possible to use one CC2540 USB BLE Dongle to read data from multiple SensorTag simultaneously?

CC2540 USB BLE Dongle is recognized by Windows PC as a virtual COM port (just like in BLE Device Monitor). Right now, BLE Device Monitor shows one CC2540 USB BLE Dongle communicating with one SensorTag. I'd like to read sensor data from multiple SensorTag without closing/reopening CC2540 USB BLE Dongle's virtual COM port.

If yes, do you have any example codes (firmware and Windows side) I can take a look at?
