Is SN74CB3T3245 OK for 60Mbps bus?

I use TXB0304 as level shifter for 60Mbps bus in application of  FT2232 ---TXB0304----Virtex-7. But TXB0304 dose not work well.

When FT2232 output signal to Virtex-7 via TXB0304, we can see obvious reflecting in oscilloscope. And the reflecting makes data error in test.

So can I use SN74CB3T3245 to serve as level shifter for 60Mbps bus?

I do not find any information about speed limitation in datasheet of SN74CB3T3245. ...
