"Code size exceed"--CCS 4.2.1 is licensed

Hi,

         I am using code composer studio v4.2.1 is licensed and MSP4305419A controller it has 128kb flash size. my code size is 24kb.I used only 24kb  which is shown from .map file.but I get error "code size exceed "message at the time of compilation.

And also I have license file in this path.E:\CODECOMPOSER INSTALLATION\ccsv4\DebugServer\license.

Give any point.
