Help With Application Level Tuning Of ZStack

We are using ZStack CC2530 V2.51a.  The network currently consists of 1 coordinator and 75 routers.  Within the next two months we plan to start increasing the number of routers to 250.  The physical description of the network is a series of brick mini-warehouses that are separated by 20-30 ft.  Each warehouse will contain approximately 16 routers.  Currently, we are spread across 12 of the mini-warehouses.  We have implemented OAD and can update the firmware on all 75 routers.  So far we have kept the ZStack directives such as MAX_NEIGHBOR_ENTRIES (16),  MAX_RTG_ENTRIES, and ROUTE_EXPIRY_TIME  at their default values and have not implemented the Many To One Routing Protocol.

My question is what directives should I be tuning on the coordinator and the routers currently and as the network grows?  With the neighbor table currently at 16, should I increase this to 24 or 32? Also, my concern is that OAD would not be compatible with Many To One Routing. Can anyone shed any light on this?  I'd appreciate any advice. Thanks.
