How can I transfer data from Concerto to PC in real time?

Hi

I trying to implement  a kind of oscilloscope with Kit Concerto F28M35H52C1. 

But I do not know how to transfer ADCResult data from the micro-controller to PC via Serial port in real time.

Any suggestions on how can I implement a simple way to transfer ADCResult data to PC?
