LM5069: how to set inrush current lower than load current

We wanted to know whether it is possible to set a inrush current limit (start up) lesser than the load current for our hot swap controllers ?

Requirements:

• We have the two requirements for 10A & 15-18A operating current. 24V supply.
• Startup current Limit - 2A
• Output capacitance – 100Uf
