CC3200: CC3200 Self-Design Board can't run, JTAG and SW also can not debug ?

Dear Ti Engineers,

        My self-desined board with CC3200 MCU can not work. I used an external 1.9V voltage to supply for the MCU core, instead of enabling its internal core voltage, which is the only difference with official schemetic design. Would you please hlep me find out whether this is the possible reason.
