AFE5808 part markings

During development of the Rx on an Ultrasound there were different revisions of the AFE5808 silicon available with different top side markings.

1.0   – AFE5808 (No suffix)

2.0   – AFE5808D

2.2  – AFE5808F

3.0   – AFE5808G

Eventually, silicon revision 3.0, top side marking with suffix “G” was designed into the board.

From the AFE5808 datasheet, there is only one orderable part number (AFE5808ZCF) and it does not specify the top side marking suffix to indicate the silicon revision.  Should we still expect the “G” suffix to be in the top side marking?  If not, what should the marking be and what revision of the silicon does part number AFE5808ZCF refer to?
