We want to use a 3 phase (50/60Hz) rectified power source for driving a solenoid valve with the drv103h chip. Basically we want to get rid of the dc/dc converters in between to safe space and get a more flexible system. The transformer is already available and is 25Vrms. The design will be used under pressure (deep water) so were limited in using big capacitors to smooth out the ripple. Without any capacity the maximum voltage is 36V and minimum is 26V. Can the drv103h handle this ripple (300/360Hz)? The drv103h maximum operating voltage is 32V, will the rectified 36V peaks damage the part (in the long term) or affect it in any other way?
